OCWNY holds seminar for disability benefit recipients Friday, Oct. 23
Oswego County Workforce New York will hold a free Work Incentive Seminar Event from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at its center at 200 N. Second St. in Fulton, according to a notice carried by Oswego County Today. It is for people who receive Social Security Disability Insurance or Supplemental Security Income and want to learn about the Ticket to Work program, and human services professionals, Medicaid service coordinators and family members are also invited. Disability Resource Coordinator Adele Cronk said the workshop will help attendees understand "how work impacts your benefits and how to maintain health insurance coverage while employed."
