Fulton man arrested on charges of providing alcohol and nicotine vapes to minors

Fulton police arrested John Williams, 53, of Fulton on Oct. 15 and charged him with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child in the second degree, according to Oswego County Today. The article says the investigation began in July 2026 after a report that an adult had bought alcohol and given it to a 13-year-old visiting the adult's residence, and that officers then found a separate incident in which the same adult allegedly bought nicotine vapes for another 13-year-old. Williams was held pending arraignment; the charges are allegations, and he has not been convicted. Anyone with information is asked to call Investigator Joli Marino at 315-598-4342.
