Fulton man charged in two incidents involving alcohol and nicotine vapes and 13-year-olds
John Williams, 53, of Fulton, was arrested Oct. 15, 2026, and held pending arraignment on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of unlawfully dealing with a child in the second degree, Oswego County Today reported. According to the report, the Fulton Police Department received a report in July 2026 that an adult had purchased alcohol and provided it to a 13-year-old visiting the adult's residence, and officers investigating then uncovered a separate incident in which the same adult had allegedly purchased nicotine vapes for a different 13-year-old who was also visiting. A charge is not a conviction. Anyone with information is asked to contact Investigator Joli Marino at (315) 598-4342.
