Nikola Jokic said fans who booed the Denver Nuggets at halftime were "not welcome anymore" after Denver rallied from 23 points down to beat the New Orleans Pelicans 141-135 in overtime on Saturday night, the Guardian reported. Sections of the home crowd booed when the Nuggets went to the half trailing 73-57, according to the Guardian. Jokic said the team had also been booed at its first home game and that the fans who booed did not need to come anymore. Jokic scored eight of his 35 points in overtime and finished with 15 rebounds and 10 assists, for his 199th career triple-double, second to Russell Westbrook, who retired with 209, the Guardian said. Jamal Murray scored 42, and rookie Trevon Brazille had seven of his 17 in overtime in his home debut. Trey Murphy III led New Orleans with 26, and the Pelicans have lost their first three games under first-year coach Jamahl Mosley, according to the Guardian.
