A diesel spill from a passenger vehicle in a traffic accident was reported Oct. 29 at Catfish Creek, at County Route 6 and County Route 1 in New Haven, according to the state Department of Environmental Conservation's spill incidents data. The record names Catfish Creek as the water body affected and shows the spill closed Oct. 30. It gives no amount spilled or recovered, and the dataset uses zero when a quantity is unknown. Mirabito Holdings, Inc. applied Oct. 28 for a grocery store license for Mirabito #142 Hannibal at 461 Fulton St. in Hannibal, according to the State Liquor Authority's current pending licenses data, which listed the application's status as "IntakeComplete" when it was read on Tuesday morning, Nov. 3.
