Very dry fine fuels will persist through midweek ahead of Thursday's showers, Buffalo's forecasters said
Dry, warm weather and very dry fine fuels will persist through midweek across the Buffalo office's area, the National Weather Service in Buffalo said in its fire weather discussion Tuesday. A cold front Wednesday night through Thursday is expected to bring more widespread showers, and the office said they would "provide some much needed relief to the recent dry spell." It said the showers would move through quickly, with the moisture moving east of the region by Thursday afternoon, and chances for showers would continue through the weekend.
